Success!!
The proposal has been completed and after a possible encounter with the police, the rock-borrowers are alive and well. The proposal was a little lengthy, however taking into account that we are doing (sort of) two projects, we felt it was necessary. Now to find some good ol' bram, more stones, a concrete slab, and some coal.
My stomach is already hungry for more.
